Audit & Assurance

Services
Financial assurance, cybersecurity compliance, tax, transactions and personal wealth — engineered by one Chartered Accountant, to one evidence standard.
DPDP Act, 2023 compliant firm · data protection from day one
01 · Audit & Assurance
An audit opinion is only as valuable as the rigour behind it. Our assurance practice is built on the Standards on Auditing issued by ICAI, executed by CA-supervised teams with sector specialisation, and supported by data-analytics tooling that tests 100% of transactions rather than a sample. The result is an opinion that lenders, investors, regulators and audit committees can rely on without qualification — and a management letter that tells you something you did not already know.
We serve private limited companies, LLPs, listed-entity subsidiaries, trusts and Section 8 companies across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate, technology and financial services. Ind AS conversion, first-time adoption and ICFR (Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting) design and testing are core competencies rather than add-ons.

02 · Cybersecurity & Compliance
Enterprise customers no longer take security on trust — they ask for a SOC 2 report, an ISO 27001 certificate and evidence that controls actually operate. Our information-security practice is built for SaaS, IT and tech-driven companies that need to answer those questions credibly. It is CA-led: every engagement is managed by qualified Chartered Accountants applying the same evidence discipline that governs a statutory audit, working alongside cybersecurity engineers for the technical testing.
The model is end-to-end — gap analysis, policy and control design, evidence collection, remediation support and audit coordination — so you are never handed a findings list and left to interpret it. One bench, one evidence standard, one point of accountability for your board, your auditor and your customers' security questionnaires.
Alliance
The partnership is held through Valtrs, our managed cybersecurity practice — an independent cyber auditing and consulting firm. It means your SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programme runs on continuous, automated control monitoring from day one, with a Chartered Accountant reading the evidence rather than a dashboard reading it for you.

03 · Taxation
Tax is where financial architecture meets the law. With the Income-tax Act, 2025 now in force and GST entering its rate-rationalised second decade, the premium is on positions that are both optimised and defensible. Our tax practice pairs planning with documentation from day one — every position we recommend is one we are prepared to defend before an assessing officer, the Commissioner (Appeals), the ITAT or the GST appellate tribunal.
We advise Indian promoters, inbound multinationals and outbound Indian groups on corporate structuring, transfer pricing, withholding obligations, treaty access and indirect-tax supply-chain design.

04 · Corporate Compliance
Regulatory compliance in India spans the Companies Act, FEMA, RBI directions, labour codes and sector regulators — each with its own calendar, forms and penalties for lateness. We run it as a managed service: a single compliance calendar, owned by a named manager, reviewed by CA Praveen, and shared with your board on a fixed monthly cadence.
From incorporation and capital structuring through annual filings, foreign-investment reporting and closure, the objective is simple: no surprises, no late fees, no compounding applications.

05 · M&A & Transactions
Transactions compress years of financial history into a single negotiation. We work on both sides of the table — buy-side diligence that surfaces what the data room does not volunteer, and sell-side preparation that lets promoters walk into a process with clean numbers and a defensible valuation.
Structuring is where our tax, compliance and assurance wings converge: mergers and demergers under the Companies Act, slump sales, share swaps and cross-border holding structures are designed for tax efficiency, regulatory clearance and post-deal integration from the first term sheet.

06 · Virtual CFO
Growth companies reach a point where bookkeeping is no longer the problem — judgement is. The Virtual CFO practice places a CA-level finance leader inside your operating rhythm: monthly close, board MIS, cash-flow forecasting, pricing decisions and investor reporting, without the fixed cost of a full-time CFO and team.
We build the finance function you will eventually hire into — chart of accounts, ERP configuration, controls, approval matrices and reporting cadence — so that when the time comes, the transition is a handover, not a rebuild.

07 · FIRE Planning · Individuals
The 4% rule was written for an American retiree with social security and 3% inflation. It does not survive contact with Indian reality — 6% lifestyle inflation, medical costs that outrun it, tax on every withdrawal, and a retirement that may last forty years. FIRE in India is still entirely achievable; it simply has to be engineered rather than assumed.
There is no template FIRE plan here. Yours is built from your numbers — income, ESOPs, business cash flows, existing assets, the lifestyle you actually want — into a personal roadmap: the corpus you need, the savings rate that gets you there, the most tax-efficient way to accumulate it, and a withdrawal playbook for the day you stop. Then we sit down with you every year and re-run it against markets, inflation, tax law and life.
The concept
The point at which your investments generate enough to fund your life indefinitely — without a salary. "Retire early" is optional. The goal is the freedom to choose: keep working because you want to, change careers, take three years off, or stop altogether.
Corpus required = annual expenses ÷ safe withdrawal rate. A ₹1.2 L monthly lifestyle at a 3.5% withdrawal rate needs roughly ₹4.1 Cr in today's rupees. The surprising part: your savings rate, not your returns, decides the timeline — save half your income and independence is 15–17 years away; save a third and it is 25.
The famous 4% rule assumes US inflation and social security. In India, 6% lifestyle inflation, medical costs that outrun it, no state pension and tax on every withdrawal push the safe rate to 3–3.5% — and make tax-efficient structuring worth years of extra work. That is where a Chartered Accountant earns their place in the plan.

This is the generic answer — one line of maths. It ignores your tax bracket, ESOP timing, a medical shock in year 12 and which asset you should draw down first. That gap is what a personalised plan closes — and it is often worth years.

Your personalised roadmap · built by CA Praveen
Generic FIRE advice starts from a spreadsheet. CA Praveen starts from you: your income structure and tax bracket, your ESOPs or business cash flows, your dependants, your risk temperament and the retirement you actually picture. Because the same person files your tax return, audits the numbers and knows your goals, every rupee is placed where it compounds hardest after tax — and the plan is re-tested every year until you no longer need it.

A confidential, no-judgement deep-dive with CA Praveen: income and its tax treatment, ESOPs and RSUs, business interests, assets, loans, dependants, health cover — and the life you want after work. This is where we decide whether yours is a Lean, Coast, Barista or Fat FIRE.

02 · Week 2 · Modelling
Your FIRE number in today's and future rupees, the savings rate that gets you there and the year it happens — stress-tested against inflation spikes, market drawdowns and a medical event, with three scenarios so you can see the trade-offs.
You receive · Personal FIRE model with scenario comparison
03 · Weeks 3–4 · Structuring
The CA advantage: salary and ESOP structuring, NPS / EPF / PPF / ELSS sequencing, HUF planning, asset location across equity, debt and property, insurance adequacy — and a withdrawal playbook that keeps tax low for forty years, not just the first.
You receive · Written roadmap with year-by-year milestones
04 · Every year · Retainer
Markets move, tax law changes, life happens. Each year CA Praveen re-runs the plan, files your ITR with full knowledge of it, and adjusts the route before a small drift becomes a lost decade.

Inside the practice
We provide financial planning and tax advice. We do not sell investment products; where product-level recommendations are required, they are routed through a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
Why one bench
Most firms hand you off between departments. Here the same Chartered Accountant who signs your audit designs your SOC 2 controls, defends your tax position and models your exit — so nothing is lost in translation.
