Three years of genuine, signed-off exposure: statutory and tax audits, GST and income-tax filings, and — unusually for an articleship — SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness work with technology clients. You will sit with CA Praveen on engagements, not in a back office.

Own fieldwork and reporting on statutory, tax and internal audits for private companies, LLPs and listed-entity subsidiaries. Ind AS, CARO 2020 and ICFR are everyday tools here, not specialisms.
Requirement · Qualified CA or CA Final (post-articleship)
- Lead 4–6 engagements a year end-to-end
- Data-analytics-first audit approach (100% testing)
- Path to engagement-manager in 24 months

Run SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness programmes for SaaS and IT clients: gap analysis, policy authoring, evidence collection, ITGC testing and VAPT governance alongside partner security engineers.

Prepare and defend positions under the Income-tax Act, 2025 and GST: returns, TDS, transfer-pricing documentation, assessments and appellate representation support.

Build board MIS packs, 13-week cash-flow models and investor reporting for funded companies. You will think like an owner, present to boards and learn how finance functions are designed from scratch.
